Morgan & Michael's Romantic Outdoor Wedding in Columbus Ohio

When Morgan contacted me about shooting her wedding, I was beyond thrilled! As Morgan's cousin, I've seen her grow up and am so impressed with the woman she is today. Her personality reflects her gorgeous looks and her sweet spirit brings so much joy to those around her. After meeting Michael at a family gathering when Morgan and Michael were dating, it was obvious these two had so much love and respect for each other and that everyone was anticipating the day they would say "I Do."

I flew from my home here in Kansas City to Columbus Ohio where Morgan and Michael grew up and are starting their lives together. It was great spending their wedding day not only capturing fun moments, but seeing a lot of my family as well! Morgan's sister Kari, who is an amazing photographer in Columbus- you can check out her work here) was a matron of honor, but also second shot when she could. It was fun working with my cousin who shares the same passion for photography!

The emotion between Morgan and Michael throughout the day was so sweet as they anticipated making this life long commitment to each other... their love just flowed from their hearts. Each detail of this DIY wedding was so well planned out and beautifully done, and the family and friends that surrounded this great couple made the day so meaningful.
