Jacobs Family Session at the Kauffman Gardens

It's been so great getting to know the Jacobs over the past two years and watching as the girls grow up! Josh and Trisha are some of the most giving people I know and Eliana and Elisa are just as sweet.  This family knows how to have fun together and our shoot at the Kauffman Gardens was filled with lots of giggles, taking time to stop and smell the flowers, and even finding a few bugs.  Here's a sneak peek!

A Secret Baby Announcement Session with Bill & Rachel!

I loved this secret session with Bill and Rachel to help announce their upcoming little arrival into the family!  Both Bill and Rachel are avid readers, so we wanted to come up with a creative way to make the announcement... the book theme seemed perfect and I love how they turned out!  Enjoy!

This necklace Bill got Rachel for Mother's Day is so adorable!

Congrats again Bill & Rachel!  Can't wait to meet the little one in December!

Sneak Peek- A Family Session with The Millers At Black Hoof Park!

It was a sunny afternoon in late April when I met up with the Millers at Black Hoof park out in Lenexa.  And, even though the trees were still bare, this tight knit family had no problem bringing out the vibrancy of the spring season.

The kids were so cute in how they interacted with each other and it was fun capturing the brother/sister bond.  Kelly mentioned Eden loves to look up to David and do whatever he does... which shows up in some of the photos and I think is so sweet!  Enjoy!

Love these shots... brother & sister hand in hand... and I forgot to tell them to stop walking once they got to me... Eden's not camera shy!

David & Eden did a great job holding it together despite the bright sunlight!

...And sometimes you just feel like acting like a monster

So cute!

Thanks Millers for a great session!!
