When Jamie contacted me about shooting their engagement session, I was so excited to hear about her ideas for the shoot! She envisioned baking cupcakes with Ryan (since they love to cook together), then taking time to meander through the City Market and then around the River Market area. I loved this creative idea and we immediately started thinking through ideas of location.
The Farm to Table Kitchen seemed like the perfect place to start. They allow anyone to rent out the kitchen in the City Market to create culinary works of art and they were more than willing to let us shoot in the space. Jamie's Save the Date cupcakes were the icing on the creativity cake!
We then ventured through the City Market, as Jamie and Ryan love to do, and shot the two of them interacting with vendors and checking out the beautiful flowers and fresh produce. After that, we walked around the River Market to capture the love between this great couple. It was very fitting to be in this location since their wedding will be taking place at the gorgeous River Market Event Place.
